Media Tech Smart Control Ltd. (“DOMEX”, “we”, “our”) is committed to making its website, Professional Cloud Configuration platform (PCC), mobile applications and web app accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the accessibility and usability of our Services.
1. Conformance
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and to the accessibility requirements of the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility), 2013, and Israeli Standard SI 5568. Accessibility is an ongoing effort and some areas may not yet fully meet these standards.
2. Measures we take
- Semantic structure and labels so content works with screen readers and keyboards.
- Sufficient colour contrast and a light/dark theme option.
- Text that can be resized and layouts that adapt to phone, tablet and desktop.
- Descriptive labels on form fields and interactive controls.
- Consideration of accessibility when adding new features.
3. Known limitations
Some third-party content and integrations (for example voice assistants and external maps or fonts) are outside our direct control and may not fully conform. We work to reduce these limitations where possible.
